EU contracts not only set salaries and benefits, but also information on class sizes, staff evaluations, school calendars and much more. The Mackinac Center for Public Policy is working to update this database in a timely manner. MCL 380.620 of the Revised School Code requires all CIOs to publish certain information on their website. This annual report on the website contains information from the last fiscal year ended and must be published annually by 31 December. It is important to note MCL 388.1618 subsection 3. In this section, intermediate School Districts (DSI) must publish certain financial information on their website. In particular, CIOs must provide data from subsections 2a, 2bi and 2c.
