Evergreen Collective Agreement

3.1 The Board of Directors pays teachers included in the scope of this agreement the salaries set and calculated in this contract. All amounts are « per year » unless expressly stated otherwise. 2. If a general salary increase (s) for a transaction agreement in one of the first years (1 September, 2016 to 31. August 2017) or second year (September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2018) above 0%, the general salary increase negotiated under this transaction agreement is more than 0% on the wage network, administrative allowances and the daily wages of teachers replacing collective agreements with the association during the first or second year and the dates (e) negotiated as part of the comparison agreement concerned. If more than one general increase was negotiated for transaction agreements, the increases are not taken into account beyond several transaction agreements, but the general increase (n) is applied annually to the salary schedule, administrative allowances and the daily salary of substitute teachers. 1.3.1 is exclusively entitled to bargain collectively with TEBA on behalf of all teachers in the bargaining units and to engage teachers in each collective agreement with respect to the core concepts; and 5.5 The payment of administrative allowances under Article 5 of this agreement begins to accrue on the effective date of the appointment and continues until the end of the appointment. 2.3.2 A notice pursuant to subsection 2.3.1 is considered a notice of opening collective bargaining in accordance with section 59, paragraph 1, of the labour code. 15.9 Representatives of the TEBA and the association meet within 15 days of operation to discuss the difference, or at a later date, which is consensual for both parties. By mutual agreement between TEBA and the association, representatives of the employer concerned by the difference may be invited to participate in the discussion on difference. 1.6 This collective agreement nullifies all previous collective agreements and related provisions. 1.4 « general increase » a percentage of salary increase applicable at all stages of all the grids of a settlement agreement. (c) judgment or transaction: an order of a competent court or an agreement in which the teacher agrees to accept any sum of money that represents a previous or future loss of remuneration, either by a lump sum, by periodic payments, or by the purchase of a pension or one of them.

This agreement is concluded in dual execution of this 2014, in accordance with the Schools Act and the Industrial Relations Act. 3.4.5.2 Effective September 1, 2017, the alternative learning experience is credited as experience in accordance with clauses 3.4.1 to 3.4.4 of this Agreement. 1.6 « flat payment » refers to a one-time payment corresponding to other one-time payments sometimes referred to as signing bonuses. The « flat payment » does not explicitly include the continuation or extension of the lump sum payments currently provided for in the settlement agreements between employers and unions, which are listed in point 1.1 of this letter.
